hey all :)

Well, the first stone is now off, I have lost 1 stone 1 pound (15lb)in 5 weeks and am very proud of myself. It was hard to follow in the beginning as the weight watcher points system has changed from when I first tried it but Jane explained that basically you double the points from the last system and you should be on the right track. The points you are allowed are no lower than 29 and you get 49 free points a week. I cannot eat all the points they suggest as it's like eating all day long and I just don't eat that much! Only once I have used all of them and that's because I went out to dinner.

Hope every one is well. Willow, Wayne and myself are settling down a bit now (although Wayne does try his luck lol). There are still bad moments, but then that's life anyway. The flat is now feeling like home and I am beginning to enjoy life on my own after all there's no one to answer to and I do what I want to do lol.

It's lovely actually being able write something a bit more positive as it makes me feel even more able to walk with my head held high and know I can do anything.

The biggest problem that I have is that because I am now single (almost divorced now) people seem to think that because you spend some time talking to a man that you are going out with him. I have men friends mutual friends of Doug and myself and because they call for coffee I am up to stuff if you know what I mean. Well people I am not ready I would like some time on my own first and get on my feet properly.


Thats enough for now probably write again when I have lost the next stone (14lb)
