I think I lost the plot!

I spent 20 minutes hunting around the flat and was just no where to be seen! I evn checked cupboards and the freezer even checked the bathroom. Now come on this is only a small place where could it be? Well, it was in my hand all the time lol! I lost the TV control and it and the TV doesn't work without it! I felt such a fool and glad I was here by myself, well except for Willow of course and she just kept looking at me stupid when I was saying "Where the bloody hell it is?" I wonder if she saw it in my hand? and I also wonder if she thought her mami had finally gone round the bend. She followed me everywhere while I was looking for it and was looking as though questioning me.

I have put myself on new quest this year I want to lose 5 stone in weight to get to the size I was before I had my children. It's a big order but I am sure I can do it after all I lost almost 9 stone since I first started trying but this time I have been joined by a friend and we have both joined weight watchers. Last week was the first week, got weighed. The leader was explaining a lot of things to us and I found the new system a bit daunting but once Jane (my friend) sat and showed and explained I got it. Today is our first weigh in to see if this system actually works as it is so different from the old way.

These may be small steps but thats what I need to take and maybe I'll get my confidence back and go back to the gym to help my quest be fullfilled.

P.S. Just got back from weight watchers. I lost 4 and a half pounds.
